SIMOTION full servo automatic control system of German Siemens; Nordson Glue system; 3D online embossing technology is used for the surface layer, which makes the diaper more soft; Japanese KEYENCE intelligent image detection system and SUNX optical fiber detection system; Each package of products is scanned by German metal detector to eliminate quality risk.
2. Full servo two piece baby pants production line
The control system adopts Janpanese Mitsubishi Q series full servo automatic system; Italian BTSR rubber unwinding control syste; German Herrmann ultrasonic online welding system; Japanese KEYENCE intelligent image detection system and SUNX optical fiber detection system; Each package of products is scanned by German metal detector to eliminate quality risk.
